Klaviyo is hands down one of the most powerful email and SMS platforms available for Shopify. The segmentation, automation, and data depth are best-in-class. When it’s set up properly, it can absolutely drive meaningful revenue. That said, it really shines only if you have someone actively managing it. To get full value, you need consistent flow optimization, campaign strategy, list hygiene, testing, and performance monitoring. It’s not a “set it and forget it” tool, it rewards attention and strategy. I’d also love to see more flexibility in the pricing structure. When performance fluctuates month-to-month, the fixed pricing model can feel slightly disconnected from results. A structure that better reflects engagement or revenue impact would make it even stronger. Overall, it’s still the best tool in the space hands down, just make sure you’re ready to invest the time (or team) to unlock its full potential.

Quite pleased with Yotpo, have been using them for over a year now - the Review mechanism works like a charm, great UI and easy to understand. Haven't had to contact Support much at all, but when I did, they replied right away and were helpful. Highly recommend!

We parted ways with a Marketing Agency that wasn't able to manage our ads effectively, tried an AI competitor, Otis.ai, and things didn't go very well at all with them. Now we're here and have been quite pleased. Zafer and Sarper hopped on calls immediately and got us up in running easily. Sarper is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and responsive. These guys know what they're doing, and they have an excellent dashboard that makes visibility to metrics and performance very easy. Now our ads are finally running smoothly and we're getting the ROAs needed to start scaling the business. Extremely satisfied, and highly recommend these guys!
Been using Trendsi for more than 6 months now. Pleased with the UI, the product quality and delivery. Have had minimal need for Support because everything works smoothly (which is refreshing!), but when I reached out for Support, Harold connected with me and was great. Really hoping more of the USA-only items will ship to Australia too! ;)
