You can’t use the app without a subscription. You only find out the prices after you’ve provided your details via WhatsApp. Prices start at $600 a month! You can’t test the app at all before you’re asked to pay. It’s very opaque.

Enhencer is a waste of money. They kept telling me they needed to try new audiences and needed time to optimize the ad campaigns. We gave them in total 8 months of time. They never scaled our ads as they claimed they could. At the end, we told them we were not happy with the performance and had just been billed for another month. They did not refund us, and stopped working the ads altogether. Delivering no services that were paid for. Ultimately, I guess the last month wasn’t a total loss, because we avoided draining more money into wasted ad spend. The other 5 star reviews you read on here are more than likely forced reviews from them. Our rep had us leave them a 5 star review while he waited for us on a zoom call one meeting. Even had me mention him by name to let the Enhencer team know how good he was doing. It’s good that Shopify allows these reviews to be edited. If you are planning on running Facebook ads. Do yourself a favor watch YouTube tutorials and do it yourself. You will save money and a headache. Update: they reached out to me and told me they would refund my last month since we did not provide any services. I said I appreciated that gesture and would update the review accordingly. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word and no refund was ever given. Again, don't trust them.

One of the most regrettable business decisions I’ve ever made. Enhencer’s team talked a big game during the sales process — promising that they already had my ideal audience mapped out and could “immediately optimize” my campaigns. The moment the payment went through, that confidence vanished. The sales reps who were so active before? Gone. Completely unreachable. Instead, I was pushed onto junior-level campaign managers who clearly had not taken even a moment to understand my business, my products, or my goals. Can you imagine, their first idea was to launch an ad campaign of creative for Mascara and we are a Skincare not Cosmetics marketplace. Everything felt rushed, generic, and copy-pasted. No strategy. No thought. No effort. In a world where advertising requires skill and precision, what I got felt embarrassingly careless. The entire experience left me confused, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how little value I received for the money and time I invested. The reporting was vague and unhelpful, usually ending with some version of “we need to spend more to see results.” Meanwhile, the results were so minimal they might as well have not existed at all. To make matters worse, when I expressed dissatisfaction, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. No clear answers. No real plan. Just empty reassurances. What went wrong? – Drastically overpromised capabilities – No real understanding of my brand or audience – Recycled, low-effort ad strategies – Reports that felt designed to confuse rather than inform – Results that were nowhere near what any reasonable business would call successful I walked away feeling completely let down — money lost, time wasted, and absolutely nothing to show for it. My honest advice: if you’re considering Enhencer, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This was, hands down, one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any marketing tool.

I got Enhencer for the AI functionality combined with meta ads, but I've been really impressed with the team's ad management. Enver works hard on our ads and is really responsive to our requests. That’s when one of their team members started calling me repeatedly — spending hours on the phone over several days — asking me to give them a second chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. UPDATE: Following this review, company management (Ertuğrul) reached out and processed a partial refund for the unused service period. While the original service experience was problematic, I acknowledge that they eventually took responsibility and resolved the refund matter professionally. The service wasn't suitable for our needs, but they made the situation right in the end. I purchased a one-year service. Three representatives changed in three months (all of them were inexperienced university students). I decided to terminate the service because it was ineffective. They said I wouldn't have any problems getting a refund, but we haven't been able to get our money back for 5-6 months, even though it's over $1,000. They blame Shopify for the refund. Do not risk losing your money. You will not be able to recover it.

I prepaid for a year only to have about 2 months of service then they vanished and our store was not performing well at all with their software. The back end setup is not fluid and is cryptic with how it works. Ultimately I gave them a second chance this year, and again had a failure to launch and poor communication. I've tried to get a refund and been promised one for the past 6 weeks with nothing. Don't waste your money.

Please don't waste your time or money. We have an ad spend of £100k monthly between meta & google so our account is pretty healthy. ENHENCER promised an uplift in ROAS and also to increase sales by "QUOTE: at least 25%" by week 6. It is week 6 now and I have just cancelled the plan. They had one campaign that was NEVER in the top 3 ROAS of existing campaigns. Their spend was never over £150 per day. Their "AI" is a less good version of META advanced shopping.

It has been more than 4 months since we started working. We have made remarkable progress. They are very interested as a team. Communication channels are always open. This is a significant point in the support provided through this type of software. Many thanks to the team who dedicated themselves to this project and especially to Sarper.

Real review, 8-figure ecom store here. In our meeting, Enhencer said they would refund any money pro-rated amount if we weren't happy. They charge yearly through Shopify. We aren't happy after roughly 60 days. Enhencer can get an OK roi with a very low spend of $100 or less a day. We usually spend $100K/month. So, it clearly doesn't match our level of need, nor do we feel it would get there in the next 30 days (90-day period for ramp-up). Per our agreement, we contacted Enhencer and got the run-around and no prorated refund as discussed, just replies that we are wrong, etc.. and so on. Again, if you are a smaller brand and can afford a $4,799/year one-time fee and spend sub $300ish/day, then it is probably a good app for you. If you spend more than $500 a day, it can't get a good ROI in our opinion, from what we saw. We hired a new marketing team that is blowing the Enhencer app out of the water and not even comparable on spend, roas and coa.

I have been using this service for several months now after hiring an agency who was charging me thousands per month. Shortly after setting up my service they assigned Sarper as my account rep. Sarper has shown real interest in helping me grow my brand and has discussed several ideas outside of his job responsibilities which really shows he cares. So far the Enhancer team(Zafer and Sarper) has exceeded my previous agencies results as we continue to work on increasing our ROAS. I have already recommended this service to several other businesses.

Very poor experience. Was told this would increase ROAS and target correct audiences when in fact it was worse than our own campaign just using advantage plus on meta ads. Do not waste your money. Company based in Turkey. Very keen to get you on board but then say it takes months to see results. Avoid and don’t make the same mistake we did. Completely misled by the product and didn’t do anything it said it would.
