I've been using them for years, but never needed to do a back up until last week. It was a very specific backup that I couldn't do myself, but customer support helped after two or three emails.
Auto Tags did a great job of solving a small but persistent problem I had regarding the tagging of my products. In this case, I needed a product to be tagged if the inventory dropped below zero, but have the tag removed if the inventory went above zero. Worked great and I plan to do more work flows in the near future and get rid of two others that I use.
You may need a little help from the developers to make it look and behave just right, but they are very quick and helpful and got me up and running within one biz day. The app had everything I needed: upload my own pic, tooltip mouse over, link on click and special rules. WOW! Thank you so much for this great 5-star review. We really appreciate you trying out the app and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
We have been using the Medium size for several months and it's my favorite app I've installed this year. It works every time, and it has saved me hours and hours of figuring out what products are low and which ones we need to do a count on, etc. This app is the equivalent of having a warehouse employee who is constantly scouring the inventory for products that you are close to selling out.
Himanshu helped me out this morning and fixed me up. Hopefully we will be good to go from here on out. Thanks!
Does exactly what it says it does. My files dropped on average 25% of the order. It's now working on subbing out appropriate ALT Tags and File Names. One caveat: if you have hundreds and hundreds of pics, it may take a couple of days total to optimize and rename.
Catalog Machine helps solve a problem for me as I often need to publish paper catalogs for my sales reps and customers. As with many complicated apps on Shopify, it's not perfect, but with a little tweaking it does the trick. It took me a little time to get the catalog looking right, but after working with the staff and experimenting, I got it to run great. It's the only app that I've seen that can make meta-fields go over; this was a key feature for me.
