Was a bit skeptical at first but the results speak for themselves. The automated suggestion tool works very well. But you can create your own upsell on key products and cross-sells.
Great service- responds quickly and is helpful towards issues. We have tried many systems- and we always come back to Brightpearl!

A must-have app. We had just random associated products that didn't relate to the product and were pulled from just the same collection set. Set up easy and support is bet I've seen from the app store. Highly recommended.
