Awesome app with awesome customer service. I have been using the app for years now and no complaints whatsoever. Whenever there's a glitch, customer service resolves the problem immediately. Five stars!
The Magenative team have been incredibly supportive to help build our mobile app from end to end. Furthermore, when we asked them to pause our subscription while we revamp our website, they did so without any issue at all. They are a great responsive team, and the app itself works beautifully. The experience I have had so far both with this app and the customer service team so far has been exemplary. It is rare to see such dedication in helping users get off the ground and really help to maximise app usage to full benefit. Loving it!
Really love this app! This is one of the first apps we ever installed on our website and is one of the few that we have kept. Super useful and customers love the increased ease of navigation and ability to find products more easily. Definitely has increased our conversion rates!

I moved from a different ratings app to judge.me and haven’t looked back. The customer service is excellent, the widget works beautifully and does not slow down my website at all, and they are super quick to resolve design errors that have crept in during platform updates etc. Fantastic all round!
