Zoomifi ‑ Currency Converter

It started great when we were onboarded, however over the last few weeks we have sent several email requests for support, and no one has got back to us. As such we're not moving over to another app. Such a shame!

Don't fall for advertised "Priority Dedicated Support" customer service is terrible, hasn't responded to any of the email sent to them, app does not work as advertised. AVOID this app!!!

great app and easy to use. ...............................................................................

This app is useful if you only want to convert to whole numbers. It doesn't meet my needs for rounding to the nearest tenth. For example, this app will convert 1.10 EUR to 2 USD. It cannot round to decimal places, such as 1.50 USD.

The reply was very fast and. solved my issue. and i will always use your app for all my stores. Thanks

very nice support team, helps to resolve issues real fast and professionally. will definitely recommend

Great app. It is faster than most other apps. The support is good as well. I recommended this app and company.

very easy to use, and amazing customer service. In my case, had some urgent issue and through chatting i can talk to service agent immediately and issue is solved in 30 mins.

Great and fast response from the team, for now everything is working good as expected. I will leave a review again in a few month to se how the app performs. But for now I am extremly happy 11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111

Really helpful. I don't know how to add currency selector in custom code. Thank you so much for your quick response

Amazing app and amazing customer service!! The team responded really fast and fixed my issue. I really recommended it

Very helpful with all my questions! We even need a costume design and it was very fast! Thank you for everything

The best app I have ever used for customer support is awesome will recommend it to everyone that want to use currency converter for there store.

I recommend anyone to use them, their customer service is totally helpful and great. Thank you very much

Very easy to implement, 5* support who helped me implement some custom code. Recommend. Gursimran Sehgal helped me through the process swiftly!

Excellent app. Works very well and the Support is excellent. Gursimran provided prompt expert help in getting the app set up.

These guys are absolute rockstars! For starters, its seamless and presents my international customers with the best possible access to their own currency, and it integrates with Shopify and custom themes perfectly. Being a fussy designer, I wanted different executions of the currency converter tab for web and mobile; an hour later - 1am my time and its done! Minor issue with layering and snap! Resolved in minutes. These are the guys you need in your corner! I love them.

I use this app and happy with it! was looking for a currency converter for my website that will suit by design and needs. recommended!

Disappointed. The app boasts that it can offer custom exchange rates but this isn't true unless you have the shopify plan or above - basic does not work. This is not explained anywhere. Communication with the developer is good, but it was such a waste of time... he had gone through everything, setting up the necessary coding etc, and 30 mins later then said I needed to upgrade my plan. I wanted this app as it said it would allow me to set custom exchange rates and would therefore not need to pay 50 usd extra on a plan. I would not recommend!

A really cool app and everyone should give it a try, I think this is the best in applications of the same type.

Great! It helps me a lot with converting currency into my store. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

Easy to set up and a great app! Makes the shopping experience for my international customer easy and fast.

Great app and service with instant chat ,would highly recommend. Everything worked straight away and customer service staff suggested quick ways of testing.

The customerservice is awesome. Reply message fast and instruct me step by step. App is also easy to use.

Don't use the free option; the currency selector will appear on your store, but you will lose money because it won't work in checkout. Today, we lost $200 from one order because the app doesn't calculate the price in foreign currency in the checkout page.

I used this app and it is very very helpful. The support team is very fast and tries to help with any problem that you may have. Definitely use this app.

Very useful and helpful for our small growing business. They have amazing support who will reach out to you asap whenever you need them.

This app is amazing with an amazing support! They always try to help me out whenever I can. Best Currency Switcher on the market. Best Currency Swicher on the Market

Support was super helpful and fixed a problem I had in just 10 min. The app works very well though I haven't been using it for long. I will keep this updated with my experience

Gursimran from the customer service department is super helpful, and the App is awesome! The currency auto-switch function is good for business to sell their products to other countries.

I will recommend this app to everyone looking for a multi-currency solution. This is the best app on Shopify. It's highly customizable. The best part is their support team is very very co-operative and they will customize it as per your need.

This App is the best. And the support is fabulous. Respond fast and accurate. Guys you are the best!

The support team was very helpful in addressing some of the issues I was having about showing prices with ISO codes as it wasn't working upon set up. It's working well so far although one suggestion is I would like an "advanced" option for users who are familiar with code to make some edits themselves if needed.

Great customer support.. Easy to use and install.. For beginners , there are lot of features to use it.

I used this app for the currency converting on my store. It's amazing and work well on both collection pages and product pages. I installed many apps for currency converting but this is the best one with the awesome team.

I installed this app and a few things went wrong with my theme. Gursimran worked super fast to fix every little detail even the ones that weren’t related to their app directly just to ensure that everything looks perfect and that the outcome is satisfactory. I definitely recommend this app as it’s now working seamlessly and doing exactly what it was intended to do! It’s super normal for any of us to encounter issues with some apps, but what makes all the difference is the customer service behind it and they definitely delivered!

The app works really well at first glance. It has fast technical support, made changes in the site header in 5 minutes and moved the icon to where we needed it. We will use it. I'll give you 5 out of 5 points.

This App is simply perfect. it has a great support and it works quite well. Totally recommend it. it has all the necessary features. .....

Easy to install, and easy to use! Very satisfied with this app and with the customer service of the developers. Thank you thank you!

Just installed this app and it looks really sharp. Best thing was support team- I ended up uninstalling a few currency apps prior to trying this one because the support was really slow. This app had a live chat and I got my set up completed immediately. Thanks!

Great customer support! They helped me set up the App in just a couple of minutes. So far it is working very well.

Good app, and very helpful in setting up the app on our website. The fact that it works with Shopify Multicurrency and gives the flexibity to customise the UI is exactly what I was looking for.
