Jose was incredibly patient and helpful! We had a confusing issue with subscription free shipping and a free gift promotion, and he took the time to investigate and trace the conflict back to another app. He explained everything clearly and pointed us in the right direction. Our UpCart cart looks great and is working beautifully. Really appreciate the support thank you, Jose!
Ian was super helpful. Super fast response, and even met on the weekend to help us set up and troubleshoot. Sensitive that we were on the trial period for the app, he and his team quickly set up some asks, and kept us informed the entire way. Much appreciated, Fast Bundle team. Really good builder! Much more intuitive than anything else I've used thus far. If you're coming from Framer, this is a good alternative that's native to Shopify. Hoping they keep releasing lots of new features.
Working with Aayush at Loop has been nothing short of amazing! He is always trying to help improve on retention and many other factors. I wish I would have switched to Loop sooner than I did. If you are looking for a subscription platform I would highly recommend this company. Great price and great service!!
