Randomly upgraded my account to a premium so having to pay HUGE increase in price!?!? No warning or email.

It is literally impossible for the ANY app to upgrade or charge without merchant approval. I am sure you know that you have that whole process where you get to see the price -> Then you choose the plan -> The you are taken to Shopify billing page where you are again shown the pricing and there you click Agree before the billing starts the Nobody can miss all of that
Customer Service is absolutely amazing!! they go above and beyond to help you!! The apps area all free any amazing conversions rate!!!
I use this app all over my site! and it all works flawlessly!! The customer service reply within minutes of issues!! For a free app and even a cheap paid app! WELL WORTH IT
