Two weeks no support. App wont work. Wrote and not a single repply. Seems the app is dead Dear customer, We are still waiting for the problem to be resolved. The Amazon servers on which MongoDB runs in the UAE are still not working due to an infrastructure-related issue in the region. You can check the status on the following page: https://status.mongodb.com/.
This is hands down the best app for managing multi-location inventory on Shopify. Its customizability is top-notch, allowing us to tailor it precisely to our needs. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional support team—easily the best we've encountered on the platform. We ran into a serious issue where a code conflict in our store disrupted inventory syncing. The support team jumped in right away, worked tirelessly, and resolved the problem quickly and effectively. Everything is running smoothly now, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this app!
