I tried to contact them but they wrote a noreply email, the chat of the app is completely stuck. I would like to solve an issue about the upcoming change of the Order Status Page Additional Scripts box as part of the move to Checkout Extensibility. But it's impossibile to contact them :(
You need this app. I can say with absolute certainty that they have the best customer support I have ever dealt with.
