Edit: Additional monthly fee charged for paused store were reimbursed with all other app fees. But this app silently switched to max monthly plan and charged 1323 during last 7 months. Why silently? I didn't touch this app since november, I didn't see any reasons to uninstall, because we had 0 views since then and subscription clearly stated that monthly payments would count only views. And now when moved store from Plus to Advanced both got charged and I've analyzed spending and realized that half of app fees is this unused app. I need proofs of refund.

Too expensive for small stores that care for how their emails look like and what language is used in those emails.

If how emails look and what language they’re sent in is important to you, then it has to feel right — otherwise the whole thing just doesn’t work, no matter what the feature does. We’ve heard this kind of feedback more than a few times, and it’s something we’re actively working on improving, both on the customization side and how things are set up from the start. App doesn't show up. Just a permanent error message in admin. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. This isn’t expected behavior, and the app is working as intended for other stores. We did reach out earlier to investigate this further and requested a brief reinstall so we could identify and fix the issue, but we didn’t hear back before the app was uninstalled. Support is fast and professional. Good solution for Latvian market if you work with DPD, Venipak, Omniva, Latvijas pasts, Unisend. But unfortunately there are no automated data exchange with Smartposti Latvia. You will need to create the transport stickers yourself by hand.
Easy to use, with clean and customizable invoice templates. Support team is incredibly responsive and fast. A must-have for any Shopify store!
