Customer support is really bad at responding to this app. Our data had discrepencies that don't make sense/ need explanation on almost every test and their team does not get back to you for at least 5 days when you have a question, sometimes never. This is by far the best OCU app and I tested quite a few of them. The A/B testing capability what really makes it next level. Since October of 2022, our stores have done over $750k in extra revenue using Zipify upsells.

Not only does the app function exactly how we need, the support team is extremely responsive and assisted us with any questions we had. This is probably the easiest way to add an AOV boost to your store. If you don't have in-checkout upsells you're leaving tons of money on the table.

This app is an absolute no brainer. DAY 1 we made an extra $700 from this app. Today we'll do close to $1k extra. The UI looks amazing, and it adds authenticity/professionalism to your store in my opinion. Our take rate is about 70% which is extremely high. This app is basically free money. I've added it to all 4 of my stores, and sent it to all of my colleagues.

There is simply no better product personalizer app on the app store. I've used this app for multiple stores with tens of thousands of orders and any time I have ever had an issue the support team immediately helps me. I can't recommend this app enough.
