Switched over from Smile because their rewards program was costing us $199 a month! This is an exact replica of Smile with more ability to edit CSS. Also at the fraction of the price of $29.99. Customer service is great and answers within less than 5 minutes.

Customer service is great. They are always available. Spend the WHOLE day with customer support setting up App and customizing to fit on brand. Originally had Look at $34.99, this App has the same features with better customer support
Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders.
Used to be a great app. Recently with updates and the addition of the Carousels the design and appearance of the app is quite ugly and filled with bugs. Half of the reviews don't even show up. Customer service is pretty quick but it's like pulling teeth to get anywhere. Have been speaking to customer service for an hour and a half with just stupid back and forth.
Lee-Ann is amazing to work with! Did a Demo with her this morning and she was able to explain to me all the features of ReConvert. ReConvert boosts your sales by offering customers different incentives after check out. You can make this really "smart" by cross-selling, up-selling products

Had one of the worst experiences with this app. Couldn't even begin to describe the months of back and forth while we helped them solved coding issue, fix crucial bugs and glitches. There is WAY too many codes that Growave implements on your site, 30+. This causes website to be slow and the user experience to be horrible. We upgraded our theme and deleted all the Growave codes because we were going to delete the App. Somehow we noticed that there was Growave code in the new theme! How it got there is highly suspicious. We deleted that App immediately after that. Over all this app is very novice in terms of functionality.

We always try to improve our app and speed is one of our top priorities today. As for the files, I'd like to kindly let you know that we only add the codes that help our features to work and function correctly on your website. Moreover, we only add them to the theme requested by the customers since we don't want to cause any errors and inconvenience from our end. We really enjoy using Optimonk for our pop ups! We just recently started creating up sell pop ups. They have really good triggers just wish there was one for "customers who haven't made a purchase before"

Hi There, Thank you so much for your positive feedback, we are glad to hear that you enjoy using our application! :) While it is true that not every type of situation can by used currently as a triggering condition,but there are certain setup combinations you can use which can ultimately end with the same goal. For example, you can create direct messages to a group of customers on your website, who have not made a purchase before, if you use the Exclude page visitors option (https://prnt.sc/125gjzi), to mark the thank you page or post-purchase page URL in the settings. If you check the setting, you can even set up for how long you would like to exclude for those customers the option to be able to see the popup. This app is the best! Has everything you need and want. Customer service team is super quick to answer and will help you with anything you need. This is a must for any E-Commerce business!
So far app works really great. I resized all the photos on my website. They all seem to be the same size as far as I can tell. Would definitely recommend.

Worked great at reducing my image size without reducing quality of the image. I was using another image reduction software before uploading my photos and this reduced the image size way more and as a bonus writes Alt Text.
This app is great. Some comparable apps cost a lot more. The service is great, they reply fast, and give you all the information you need. We couldn't figure out the facebook integration and one of the owners got on a call with us and walked us through it and figured out it was a problem on Facebooks end. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
