OK, I have been using Shopify for nearly 9 years, and have installed and tried many apps. Michael, the founder, beyond a doubt provided the best customer service I have ever had from any Shopify App. My configuration was complicated and I had tons and tons of very specific questions: he answered each one patiently and professionally - I am beyond impressed. The only app on Shopify that can do what we need. We tried 4 other apps before sticking with Woolytech. Setup was a little more difficult that expected, but the support staff bent over backwards to help us. There is a time zone delay, as they are Vietnam based, but they always respond within 24 hours. Ongoing support and Google troubleshooting has been invaluable. The app has all the features you might need, including: feed rules, feed formats, downloadability, auto-generated feed scheduling & API.

I have a super-complicated shipping set-up and this app does it all! Not only that, but I'm soooo impressed with the customer service: when I didn't know how to do something, I got a reply quickly complete with a video showing how to do it, and an explanation on why it needs to be done that way. I couldn't ask for anything more :-). Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

I was sooooo impressed with the customer service I received when I was trying to set up my first landing page. They responses were so quick, and I really appreciated the little videos that were sent - the details were excellent! Can't wait to see what else I can do with this app!
