Horrible company! For the past 2 months they have overcharged us. We have the $15 plan. They have billed us $119 for the past two months. We contacted them last month and they stated they would escalate it through their billing department. They refunded $49.80. If they billed $119 and our plan is $15, they should have refunded $104. They claim the remaining funds went to "some app credits." This month, they billed us $119 again!! We are now talking to their support again and getting the same "We will escalate this through our billing department" again. I see others who say this is an excellent app and that was one of the reasons we opted to use this one over others. The app works fine; however, their billing system absolutely ruins the value the app provides. We will be filing a complaint with our bank against this company. I encourage everyone thinking about using this app to BEWARE!

We Canceled the app and they continued to bill us. Unacceptable. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with billing. After investigating, we found that you uninstalled the Shopify app but that's not where billing was originating. Since we did not receive a cancellation request via email or the cancellation form on your dashboard, the billing continued. To resolve this, we have issued a refund for the most recent charge and have canceled your account moving forward. We hope this helps to rectify the situation. I'll be brief. We decided to give Klaviyo a try after working with another email marketing app for about 4 months. We decided to do this at about 10:00 pm. At about 6:00 am (that's right, you read it correctly, we had been working on new forms, segments etc. straight through the night)... at about 6:00 am, we went to preview a new form and the app kicked us out. When we tried to log back in, it says the account is inactive. No attempt to send emails. No attempts to send SMS messages. Nothing. You can imagine how we felt after spending the entire night trying to get things set up just for that to happen. Not a good first impression at all. Luckily, we had not uninstalled our previous app. Now, I'll be getting ready to go into work here in about an hour with zero sleep for the past 24 hours and absolutely nothing to show for it. By the way, the other app that we were contemplating switch over from is Omnisend. Funny thing is we have had zero issues with that app since we downloaded it. We just wanted to try an alternative to have something to compare it to. I guess it goes back to that old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Does what it is supposed to do.

Very pleased with the app. Their support is fast and efficient as well. A previous app had caused issues with our website's reviews. We switched to Ali Reviews, and not only is their reviews app amazing, but they fixed the issues caused by the other app as well. No complaints. This was a very easy 5-star review to write. 5/5
