Yiqi is an incredible brilliant amazing human being. She is solving a HUGE problem. And she is very responsive on emails....in less than 30 mins you'll get a response. She will also get on a video call, troubleshoot and fix any issues for you. Yiqi - is the BEST! Tanie was very helpful!

Huge shoutout to Esther and the Smartrr team — they went above and beyond to help us get our subscription flow dialed in. We threw a fairly custom setup at them involving Replo, Rebuy, and unique bundling logic, and they handled it with speed, flexibility, and total professionalism. Esther was incredibly responsive, clear, and collaborative throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend the Smartrr app — not just for the functionality, but for the team behind it.

Works Great! Was recommended by another shop owner.

Mikaela and the Tolstoy team were awesome to work with. They quickly helped me customize the video carousel on my site, and it looks perfect now. Communication was smooth, and they made the whole process super easy. If you’re looking for great features and even better support, Tolstoy’s the way to go!

Okendo has been a crucial tool for our store, combining an intuitive interface with great customization. The standout feature, however, is the customer service—Juan and the team provide fast and effective support, making every interaction smooth. Highly recommend!
