Great experience so far! We had some installation issues because we use a highly customized theme, and Pietro resolved a number of them via chat. App now integrates seamlessly and looks great on our site!

These guys are awesome! The support is great. We deleted the app in error and Danny helped recover our old account and data :)

Ok so this app is great and does what it promises. You may have to tweak the templates a bit to get the popups to look great on mobile, but support can help you with that.

Great app and great support! I wasn't too sure what difference a cart recovery tool would make, but so far we had 4 abandoned carts, and 1 was recovered from the auto-email! This tool will definitely put money in your pocket.
