I have been looking for an easy to use but fully capable product customizer for at least 2 years. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on other tools just to find out they were all hype, had very limited options, did not work at all, not compatible with my Shopify Ultra Theme, and so on. When I have had questions or issues with Easify Custom Product Options, the team there has been kind and have addressed all of my concerns within 24 hours or less (usefully less!). I am very pleased with the look and feel of the custom product builder that now allows my customers to self-serve instead of emails or messages back and forth, which has taken up most of my time. This tool will allow me to offer my products in a more streamlined form and my customers to get the experience they expect. Great job Easify team!
I am a brand new user and just attempted an install without assistance. Unfortunately, something went wrong. However, the team at B2B Wholesale was immediately on the issue and resolved the problem almost immediately. I am hopeful that the level of support continues and that I can get this product set up successfully, maybe with some assistance from this fantastic team!

I am new to Judge.me and received excellent customer service. Time will tell how well the add-on works.
After an issue with the app not suppressing the Add To Cart button, the support team was very responsive and addressed the problem in less than one hour. I highly recommend this company and team!
Excellent support. I had upgraded my store theme and the Customizer was not working. Within minutes, I was speaking with Customer Service and they resolved the problem! Excellent add-on!

This tool is perfect for those who redesign sites, constantly create/remove catalog items, or improve UX daily. Google indexes site pages, and personally, I had nearly 800 broken links on my site. This tool will help improve SEO and eliminate the 404s eventually, of course—thanks, Google :-(! I had one idea that Alex (the creator) implemented within minutes. This was one of the best customer experiences! Buy this today; you will not regret it!
The product support is outstanding. Sakib resolved my issues quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend this Add-on for any Shopify store that needs to customize products.
