Die Einrichtung ist einfach, die Labels lassen sich flexibel steuern und die Unterstützung mehrerer Sprachen ist besonders praktisch für internationale Shops. Alles funktioniert zuverlässig und spart viel manuelle Arbeit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir nutzen pathway für unseren Shopify-Shop und sind sehr zufrieden. Für uns war besonders wichtig, dass Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Retouren sauber abgebildet werden – auch bei etwas spezielleren Fällen wie Retouren mit abgezogenen Rücksendekosten, Store Credits, Shopify POS oder Bestellungen, die nicht in die normale Buchhaltung laufen sollen. Genau hier hat pathway für uns sehr gut funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Support: sehr schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Unsere Fragen wurden nicht nur beantwortet, sondern es wurden auch direkt passende Einstellungen und Buchungsregeln für uns eingerichtet. Für Shopify-Händler, die ihre Buchhaltung und den DATEV-Export sauberer und automatisierter aufsetzen möchten, ist pathway aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Service in Deutsch ist äußerst hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Das gleiche gilt natürlich auch für easyDHL. Absolute Empfehlung!
