Fast response when there is an issue. Like the variety of features!
I cannot say enough good things about this app and the folks running it. Their service is top notch! Not only are they immediately responsive, they take feedback seriously and develop upon it. We were using Re-Buy and it was so confusing and hard to use, and there were a lot of features we were paying for that just did not make sense. This app is affordable, has way more features and flexibility. It has already resulted in thousands of dollars in upsells in just a couple weeks. My only regret is not finding it sooner! Highly recommend! A+

Works as it is described. Easy to schedule multiple discounts and sales that run concurrently, and easy to get started with minimal help. If you need to get sales/discounts running fast, this app is a great place to start. Thanks for sharing your feedback! - The S&B Discount Team

This app is easy to set up, and support is helpful. The payout is easy, and the PayPal integration was easy to set up. We saw a return in the very first week, and are excited to see how far we can take it.

I really can’t say enough good things about this app and Charlie’s customer service, but I will certainly try! From the moment that we decided to go with EasyScan, Charlie has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all our questions and requests to review things in more detail. Not only does he provide amazing customer support, but the app itself is simply fabulous. It addresses everything we need as a business, even the very specific scenarios and expectations we had just assumed we would need to find other workarounds for. It is full of customizations and very easy to navigate. It has by far been our best onboarding experience with a Shopify app. Charlie not only offers excellent solutions for everything we need but he is also always willing to jump on a call to review these solutions in detail to be sure we have a full understanding of what this app offers. It’s very clear that he’s been open to customer needs and feedback and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his service is meeting the needs of the customer.
