Extremely happy with this App so easy to set up my question and answers. Easy to edit and play around with colours to get the right look for my page. Absolutely delighted with this app. I needed an app the did Digital upselling and they did. I needed an app toshow the upsell either on the product or cart page and they did. A very easy process setting everything up. Superhelpful team. Cannot recommend hightly enough!!
What a absolute amazing App So easy to use and navigate your way round. Adding my digital files was super easy even when I needed a few more GB for my video file it was no problem they made it happen. I highly recommend these guys, as nothing is to much bother so helpful especially for someone not very technically minded like me. *** Very reasonably priced too.
I downloaded this app which was very easy and delighted with its performance. I had one tiny issue and I can't tell you how helpful their support was very impressed, highly recommended.

I have only started using this app on Saturday evening and allready had a big respsonse to our download, I have been delighted with FetchApp, I had a wee issue but they have resolved this and I now know where to go if this happens again. Totally brilliant. I went for 50mb package. Definately gets 5 stars from us.
Spent hours creating an ad for it to keep saying failed, have tried everything so I have deleted the ap for now and reding the reviews I wish I had done this before starting. I have now made one up in Facebook direct so keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks Hazel

Thank you for sharing this feedback with the Facebook Marketing app. I understand how frustrating it can be when the ads are not getting approved by Facebook but the decision ultimately comes from Facebook. Facebook will need to let you know the reasons why the ad was not approved but it's a good first step to make sure you meet the requirements set by Facebook here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/create-marketing/facebook-ads#basic-requirements-for-the-facebook-marketing-app Our development team is always looking at ways to improve the functionality of the app so your feedback is very important for us. I am really happy with this app it does everything I want it to, the support team are very helpful as there were a few issues that I couldn't do but with their help sorted. Definitely recommend them.
