At this point it looks like emails and tickets have gone unanswered from the Numeral team. I have tax authorities contacting me indicating I'm non-compliant. And nobody from the Numeral team gets back to me despite emails and an open ticket. There is also no phone number to speak to an actual human.

Great app all around, the functionality and features, easy to use, and looks great on our website when installed. But most of all the customer support is amazing, cannot recommend them enough. Christian was absolutely fantastic with everything I asked about. Probably the best support I've ever received from any shopify app. And all for a very reasonable cost compared to other review platforms.

I definitely immediately saw an increase in desktop and search traffic. In one day. I've got a ton of images, so this is just way easier than maintaining this all myself. It's a little pricey, though, so hopefully the increased traffic translates to sales. I just need to get 12 sales a month from this tool for it to pay for itself. I've got zero, so wish me luck!
