We had been using another video shoppable application for the last 3 months, but the charges were very high. Recently, CleverCat connected with us and explained everything clearly, point by point. I’m facing an issue with the Facebook & Instagram application. I recently noticed that after installing it, there is no option to reconnect an existing catalog. The app automatically creates a new catalog instead. Please add an option to connect or assign an existing catalog during setup. This feature is essential for those who already have a catalog set up.
