We ran the SEO audit and found a few issues we had no idea were there. The report made them easy to understand, and most were simple to fix once we knew what to look for.

Emma was lighting fast at adjusting the buttons to match exactly our premium looking theme - generated the CSS for us to add. Very simple to add and we are looking forward to this new feature for us to manage out of stock periods.

Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.

Support is incredible. I was up on a Saturday morning with some needed edits to a template and Oscar was available, prompt, and incredibly helpful to help us update the template to the design we were looking for.

So far it's been great - only a few days in - but the service has been incredible. Uri and the team seem to always be available no matter the time of day (or night!) Getting it setup the right way takes a few hours - mostly to understand as memberships are new for us, but so far all the features we would want are available and easy to configure.

Fantastic service - prompt, helpful, and effective!

We are just a few days into the app, and so far the service has been simply incredible. Nick is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and setting up the app to exactly what we need. We work with a number of apps and his service is among the best we have ever seen. I'll be back with more feedback on the features and functionality as we start using the app. This is exactly what we are looking for to move proof requests and reviews off emails.
