We've been using this app for a while, when we needed to change some things I got a call scheduled with Surya who informed me that they have a new update that does exactly what I need. Now we are waiting for the upgrade, but Surya did a great job and answering my questions and helping me with my request!
I've been using this app for a couple of days and it's really easy and fast to use. EComposer team is awesome - no matter if its the middle of the day or night someone is always there to answer and help. I've worked with Jennie, Susan, and Erik so far and all of them were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their store.

What can I say - app works well, support is great, it does everything I need for it to do. If I could request one small feature is for them to match the style of standard Inbox app widget and to add an optiomn for their widget to go above the chat widget
We are very impressed with the speed, ease of use and customisability of this app. But the best part is their customer support - not only that are fast to reply but they've also helped us to customise the app to fit our needs - highly recommended.
