from start to finish since installing this app i was very well looked after and helped by Georgi to set it all up on my website , he was super helpful, kind and very good at his knowledge to make sure all was done properly to comply with the EU regulations of selling online really recommend this app.
One of the best apps you can have on your website and the customer service is beyond excellent , I am extremely happy and grateful to Erin , she spent hours helping me, and she was just the best , super knowledgeable, super patient , and so helpful. i totally recommend this app to all e commerce websites out there. the worst app , my clients keep sending me messages and i cannot read them or reply to them, absolutely awful app

Thanks for flagging this, and not being able to see or reply to customer messages is a serious problem. A few things usually restore them: update the Inbox app to the latest version, log out and back in, confirm notifications are enabled, and check that the conversations aren't filtered or archived in your inbox view. If messages still aren't coming through, our team can investigate your account directly at help.shopify.com/support so we can get you reading and replying again.
is so much easier to have all the products automatically sync in with my website as so easy to than just activate them to be live to the public really like this Faire feature xx
I was stressing out in the beginning with Dan , bless him, but he was so patient with me and persisted to try everything to help me that in the end we managed to set up the app, thanks to him i done it , I am a technophobe and hate technology , but with Dan's help and patience all was done and i am very happy. Thank you Dan.

I am a technophobe, honestly do not understand technology at all, i struggle, with setting this app on my website due to not having any knowledge of the terminology or any insight on what is needed, I had a message from Eli, offering to help me with all he could which i very kindly accepted as i really need the help, i will say that i was very grateful and thankful to him for all his help, even if he did say i still have to do a lot myself just to give a human touch to the website as opposed as all being done by AI and i totally get that, so i will say, that i was impressed by his offer and his help and do recommend this App to any of you looking for a SEO boost.

Hi, I checked your store and It has traffic, Its found on google, but It needs more time and work. SEO is a long term strategy. It took us 5-6 months to get first installs from our website and we invested a lot into it. But I'm happy to help you take a look on what can be improved, prepare a strategy.
