Ultimate Tattoo Supply

Not only does the app work as intended but Rob and the team at Pixel Union went way above and beyond to resolve an issue that my shop had with a conflicting apps code. I would highly recommend this app for your store for both excellent functionality and excellent customer service. Thank you team for all your hard work and dedication!!

This app has caused so many issues with our store and with our clients. It is not worth the headache. Shipping rates are never accurate and setting the app up is not worth the hassle. Maybe some people have had luck with this app before but our experience has been terrible. Definitely have lost money on sales and shipping by using this app.

This app is great. Even with the free plan, the customer service and customization was fantastic. Thank you!! I would highly recommend this app for your store.

After working out some bugs and kinks with the app conflicting with my theme, everything seems to be working great now. I have been in contact with Chris and he was able to get everything done that we asked. He was quick and responsive to emails and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this app for your store! *edit - As we try to do more with this app, we are finding more and more bugs and running into more issues. Support is good at telling me "the devs are aware and are working on this issue" but doesn't go much further than that.

You get a lot for free! Great app to add to the store.
