The time and effort spent on manual returns and customer service tickets have been reduced. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. It was Jaxon who helped me change some settings (Manual Store Credit when a product is out of stock in Shopify). I appreciate his fast response.

Navidium is the best shipping app out there. Period. In fact, out of all the apps we are using, this is one of the most valuable ones for us as a business. I've used their un-named competitors' offering, and they are horrible. They made it very difficult for users to receive reimbursement as they constantly made denials. With Navidium, you bring the power into your hands to give people proper customer service. Bravo! Highly recommended.
