Easy to use, offers lots of effective and creative ways to utilize the Gift Card API and, most importantly, the app does exactly what the Devs say it does.
Please bring back the barcode feature and add venders to your your sorting options for pick lists
Shri was super patient and helpful!!! Thank you Shri, it is rare to get this level of service from shopify apps :D
Aweful to navigate - chat is quick response but don't seem to know how to ask the right questions to get your needs met. They just tell you yes we can do that without fully understanding what you want. After sharing multiple times what I was looking for, they wasted a TREMENDOUS amount of my time only to find out, oh no we cannot do this. I

I am really sorry to read your message because we genuinely tried our absolute best to help you and make the app work exactly the way you wanted. After you left this review, we spent a lot of time together on the live chat (and through email) to understand every detail of your request. We even shipped new features inside the app that were never part of your original plan and that we never advertised. You did not pay for these features but we still built them for you, completely changing our roadmap and reorganizing our team just to match your needs as closely as possible (and i'm proud we were agile enough to make it possible). We also tried to reach you through every possible channel to make sure everything was clear and properly handled. At the end of the day, we are all humans. Getting a 1 star review for things which we went far beyond what was expected is honestly quite tough. We truly did everything we could to solve your issue and adapt the product around your expectations, with the best intentions. If you ever want to revisit the conversation or clarify anything, I will be here to help.
not dependable for suitable for businesses that busy. Glitches and over bookings happen frequently Hi, We're truly sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. We take all feedback very seriously and are committed to continuously improving our app and service. We’ve attempted to reach out to you via email but unfortunately haven’t received a response. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to better understand the issues you’ve encountered, so our team can investigate thoroughly and work on a permanent solution. It’s worth noting that no other merchants have reported similar issues, and our monitoring shows your store has been actively using our app since January 2024 without any recorded errors or disruptions. We remain available to assist further should any problems arise. Thank you again for your time and continued support, we truly value your business and are here to help anytime.
Looks like an app with a ton of potential but... Zero usage or set up instructions Wonk for for me - thinks I have multiple warehouses (we don't) therefore prompts an error No website that I can find for help or direction Zero FAQ or any form of support that I can find other than email support All for the low low price of $99 per month folks - come on shopify! Why are you letting people run their apps only your platform with such a low standard of support. Many hours late, still installing testing as uninstalling apps to find decent functionality AND decent support. EMAIL ONLY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE DEC ENT SUPPORT especially for $99 per month!!!
Super valuable app with great customer service!!!
This app has a lot to offer but you and your team will need to overcome the huge hurtle of its usability. The dashboard is not laid out intuitively for quick glaze. Hopefully they will fix that part of the app very soon as for sure it is turning people off.
This app looks like it has a ton of potential and I was excited to use it. There is a feature called cycle count. It is a seemingly innocuous, easily overlooked little box especially for a new user that is trying to get their heads around a new app. ---------------- [ ]Cycle count Check this option to update stock counts only for edited / scanned products. Uncheck this option to set all unedited / unscanned products to zero stock when updating inventory. --------------------------- The default is unchecked - WHY? I opened a stock take, looked around, cancelled it and low and behold 12000 inventory items have been messed up. 2 weeks of online purchases not even an option for my customers. I have lost thousands of dollars. Why is such a majorly impactful box to check not more evident? A staff person could so easily leave it set to the default position. Their support is email only which is ridiculous when you have an urgent need with your store. They were at least prompt to reply but not very helpful at all with resolving the app. As far as the functionality of the app - it is ok. Stocky which is free and owned by shopify now is much much better. Thank you for trying our app and leaving us a review. Based on your feedback, we will ensure the app displays a more prominent warning if a user tries to set most of their inventory to zero. I trust that the undo CSV file we provided was able to restore your inventory back to it's original state. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused to you by our app.
Great potential with this app but MANY regular glitches that requires tech support. Seems unfinished.

I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot your issue and help you solve it! After reviewing our successful support thread with you, it looks like a third-party app that “unpublishes” products by deleting them and “republishes” them by creating new ones and that seems to have created some problems. Glad to still have you on board! ╰(◕ᗜ◕)╯
It would be a good app if it made for sense when selecting product to print labels from. It forces you to select them in shopify then opens this app then you have to reselect them one by one. Why not just add a select all button?

Hi, there. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and feedback. I can certainly see how a "select all" option would be a valuable feature, I would be happy to send this feedback up to our developers for future consideration. In the meantime, what I'd suggest, is using the bulk actions from your Shopify admin. You can try this out by, heading to Products > All Products, clicking on the checkbox to the left of the product thumbnail, and then on "more actions" and scrolling down to "print barcodes." That's how you can add items to the print queue in bulk, and then you will need to select your label template and label quantities from there. I hope this helps you out moving forward and thanks again for your review! -Marty, Shopify Support
