The Shopify Cart API outage had a huge effect on us. Customers were unable to add any products to their cart and we were unaware of the issue. Uptime was able to catch the cart issue and notify our team so that we could look for a resolution right away. While Shopify support insisted that the issue was related to our theme, uptime helped us identify that it was indeed a Shopify error. They gave us the confidence to continue to push Shopify's support team until they came to the same conclusion. Having uptime on our site gives us the peace of mind and confidence needed at all hours of the day. Foursixty is a must for any Shopify store that wants to immediately see an impact on their product pages. Everything from the UI/ UX design to their customer support team and everything in between has been a 10/10. Great inventory management app that has a seamless mobile platform. My company has used a lot of the competitors but ShipHero is definitely is one step above the rest. Would highly recommend to those that are looking to simplify their daily warehouse processes and vastly improve their efficiency. The staff are also super helpful!

Inventory Planner app makes life super simple when it comes to bulk ordering. It takes into account all the sales data and forecasts and estimates the number of units we should order factoring in lead time and the review period - making ordering a bit more accurate than trying to sit and think about it! The customer service support is unreal - I explained the situation, what I needed done, and it was done within minutes. Fast response times is always a plus! Would definitely recommend this app to anyone that's looking for a forecasting tool.
