Very powerful app, even more powerful support. We needed a custom report to help facilitate a new business process and Ciara was extremely helpful in setting up. Quick responses and knew exactly how to generate the report we were looking for. Everything was set up within a day. Amazing.
Great and easy to use app, there aren't too many options that utilize the native discounting system and none had all the features we were looking for. Worked with Andrea to develop new display features for the app and now it's exactly what we were looking for. Amazing devs on this team. Loop has been a great addition to help streamline our return process and offload an extra task from our customer service team. Wendy and her team has been helpful is fixing random issues we've noticed over time as well as custom workflows to optimize further.

Amazing support and great features! After shopping out and testing multiple similar apps they all lacked major features or had minor bugs, or overall just didn't function smoothly that ruined the front facing customer experience. Sujil and his team are super responsive nearly all hours of the day, whenever an issue arrived we would report it and usually we expect a "we'll get back to you message" but within minutes his team is already on it. They were even able to assist in getting our UI matched perfectly to fit our theme. This app has improved the look and feel of the site to feel more modern without having to do a huge overhaul of the theme as well as incentivizing larger order amounts thanks to the free gift campaign feature.
Experience has been great so far. Support has been very helpful. Lisa especially has been a great help. Set up is really easy.

The support team, especially Amal, is amazing. A custom column was added very quickly. Extremely powerful app.
Great app! Very easy to use and support is responsive and quick to solve any issues. It's a great tool to notify customers of information they might otherwise skip in the product description
