Great app, and the shipping prices are very competitive. Shame you can't show availability in the way of a percentage bar, in the awaiting shipment grid, so you didn't have to open each order, then it would be perfect!

There is something wrong with the app calculations! Great idea, but when you set up for 1kg of carbon offset per order, and you have 516 orders over 30 days, that equates to $144.48. $200 gets used up in the first week and then pauses until the next month, which doesn't look great on the site. I've checked the last 7 days (126 orders), from when it renewed, and its charged me $57.12, when it should have been $34.72! Hi there, thanks for your feedback. I have reached out to you directly to help resolve this issue for you. The reason that your carbon removal funding is different to what you were expecting is because you are funding carbon per spend amount as opposed to per order, which is why the spend is it a higher rate to what you were expecting. You can change this at any point in your app settings. The reason that the banner displays as paused is because you will have reached your pre-set spend limit and therefore impact funding is stopped until next month. We do this to protect our customers from greenwashing so that the impact you are funding matches what is displayed on your site at any given moment. You can also increase your spend limit at any given time, this spend limit is in place to protect Shopify merchants from unexpected charges. Great company to work with. Proactive and try to make improvements all the time. Please, please add company purchase order numbers into your Xero integration, then it would be perfect!
Easy to implement and works seamlessly with my prestige theme. Great add on for any clothing store! Bit pricey but can see value if orders convert. Would be nice to have fixed prices, rather than add ons.

Unlike many traditional Shopify apps, we have ongoing AI generation costs for every try-on and AI model photo that's created, so our pricing reflects those usage costs rather than just software access. We also chose to offer features like Find My Size and Reviews as optional add-ons so merchants only pay for the functionality they actually need, instead of forcing everyone onto a higher-priced plan. That said, your feedback about fixed pricing is valuable, and we're actively evaluating additional pricing options and bundles as the app evolves. Set it up and then it unlinked everything 2 days later. Useless and now left code behind when uninstalled. Don't bother!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. If something became unlinked, we would really like to investigate and fix it for you. Please consider giving us another chance. We will make sure everything is set up and working properly. Just to clarify, we do not leave any code behind after uninstall. However, the Juicy ID you are seeing on orders comes from our app and was added to sessions that started while the app was installed. This means that carts or sessions created during that time may still carry this reference if they later convert into orders.
Love this app. Really makes tailoring shipping services so much easier than the standard shopify shipping settings. Support are very quick to respond and sort out any issues/ queries. Would highly recommend.
