We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. The app is one of the best free app every store owner should have because of it amazing function and easy to use. It help synchronise your listing to facebook and instagram shopping and they render very good customer support.
It is very easy to use this app. It has beautiful free templates. The customer staff do respond on time to concerns.
I use this app to synchronize my inventory on Instagram and it was very easy to use. Very good customer support. I hope I get sales using this app.
