I spent a week making sure this app was set up correctly with multiple customer service reps, but the app never worked correctly. They charged my international customers TWICE for shipping rates, causing their shipping prices to double. I waited over a week for support to look into the issue as a I lost sales, but still could not find a solution. To make matters worse, after a week, domestic customers started to report that they were not able to place orders to the US. No reason to pay money for an app that doesn't work and with inadequate customer service. Just use Shopify default shipping settings. This app is a joke. They do nothing to make shipping easier, it only makes it harder and more expensive.

So far so good. Not done with the syncing process but the customer service has been superb. So much better than other apps I've used and leaps and bounds better than Tiktok app thus far. Thank you for your Arianne!

Great App, but even better customer service. Whenever I've had an issue, customer service responded within the minute every time. They are extremely knowledgeable and always solve any issues in minutes. Highly recommend this app!
