I especially like the flexibility it gives you to create different size charts, offer personalized size recommendations, and display sizing tools in different areas of your website without making the setup feel complicated. The support has also been excellent. The developers are responsive, helpful, and clearly listen to merchant feedback as they continue improving the app and adding useful features. I highly recommend this app.

This app has been such an important addition to our store. The size charts are professional, and the recommender gives our customers the confidence they need when placing their orders. It has also helped minimize sizing questions and reduce abandoned carts by providing shoppers with the information they need to order with confidence. I’ve been using this app for a couple of months and the setup was very easy. Because I’m using one of Shopify’s newest themes, a few of the settings didn’t work right away. While I was troubleshooting, I received a random in-app popup that guided me on the best placement for our size chart with step-by-step instructions, which was super helpful. When I still couldn’t get it to work perfectly, the developer personally reached out and had everything up and running beautifully in no time. I’m still in shock that he reached out to me directly - beyond exceptional customer service! Highly recommend. The size chart looks great on our store.

Setting up the Sami B2B Lock app was very straightforward and user-friendly. The only challenge we’ve faced is that our store runs on the new Horizon theme, which it seems the app doesn’t fully support yet. That said, the customer service has been outstanding - Haley in particular has been amazing to work with. She consistently resolves our issues, follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly, and encourages us to reach out anytime. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It’s both affordable and incredibly helpful for managing B2B access.

I just downloaded this app after taking the whole weekend to try to create a brand aligned size chart for my store. I did have a question that was very quickly answered!
