The team here has really been helpful doing what they can to assist. I have asked them for custom reports and never an issue. I really like this app, the team behind it is solid. Im glad we chose this app to get our reporting from.
Apps need to work how you need them too. When they dont you need to know why. The support from this team was excellent in discovering why something wanst working and letting me know so I can change the right settings. Having a REAL person to interact with was more helpful than any AI.

Aldrian - Was very helpful. When i was talking to him, it didnt feel like he was juggling 10 different chats at once, he was on point and quick in his reply. Personally, I like the 1:1 on the chat, and had the chat delays waiting for a responce. His replys were quick and insightful. Next time I have to chat, I hope I get him again. AND... he fixed the issue.
