Support response times are nearly instantaneous. Set up was extremely easy. The integration with Shopify POS is where it's at.
We use this for over 5,000 SKU's on our online marketplace. It works perfectly. We can filter by sizes, dimensions, finishes, and other conditions. In addition, support is quick to resolve any issues. Highly reccomend!
We have used CedCommerce for Etsy integration for over a year to easily list our items from Shopify to Etsy. There were some hiccups early on but now the app works great and support is quick and responsive to help. The only improvement I would request is the ability to add onsite SEO more easily to product pages. Nonetheless, it is a massive timesaver for creating listings. Highly recommend.
Great app and support - I worked with Claire and she is fantastic. The free version was easy to install and did not cause any conflicts with our custom code and themes. This app works perfectly! It is so easy to use! The app support is amazing and very fast at responding to your emails. I highly recommend using this app. The support was so amazing, I couldn't figure out how to display my add to cart correctly and support figured out it was another app and fixed what they could on their end. Our product pages load quickly and they stand out!!!
