I don't usually leave reviews, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do so because REVIE is the best tech app we've ever used administrate reviews. REVIE has significantly increased the reponse rate of reviews through WhatsApp in an easier and faster way than other apps that we had in the past. Just to give some perspective... with other applications we had obtained an average of 10 reviews received per month, when with REVIE we obtained this amount but in less than 12 hours. We were really surprised by the level of effectiveness of REVIE; and due to its effectiveness, we couldn't imagine using any other app for administrating reviews.

ZOKO's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and it also has many very interesting features if your online store is on Shopify (i.e. place orders, track shipments, cancel items, among many others). In addition, the ZOKO team is totally open to developing new features so that we all benefit from the new capabilities. If you want to use the app not just for customer support, but to truly increase conversion rate, ZOKO is the ideal tool for you!

The application has been a pleasant surprise, since it allows you to request reviews in a very simple but powerful way at the same time. In addition, the support team has always supported me with the doubts I have, and they have even given me tips to better maximize the potential of the application. I am very grateful that there is such a solid platform that allows to manage the reviews for the benefit of all.

This review is for the support team behind the app. They were gracious with their time to step through the app set up with me to make sure the app works seamlessly. I needed Spanish translation for my suppliers and they accomodated my request quickly. Can't recommend this app enough.
