We’ve just completed onboarding with LoyaltyLion, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience, particularly thanks to Freya, our Onboarding Manager. Freya was exceptional throughout. She guided us through every step of setup and launch with calm confidence, clarity, and genuine care. On go-live day, when the pressure was high, she handled everything with composure and speed, offering practical solutions without any fluff. Her communication was clear, her ownership total, and she went above and beyond to make sure our RW Insider programme launched smoothly. The process felt faultless thanks to her dedication, and the professionalism and support we received from LoyaltyLion reflect the quality of the platform itself. A real partner, not just a provider.

We’ve implemented both Wishlist Plus and Gift Lists & Registries from Swym, and the experience has been outstanding. What has set them apart is not only the apps themselves, which are robust, intuitive, and deliver exactly what we need, but the level of support and development expertise behind them. The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.
