We use this app to tag orders based off fulfillment location & to create customized fulfillment experiences based on order sku, notes, etc. It works great & the customer service team is great to work with when we have any questions.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with In Cart Upsell & Cross Sell. It has some limitations with the logic and how smoothly it works in AJAX carts with seemingly no interest to improve it. But the app gets the job done it has yielded some good results. The support by Rasheem has been above and beyond!

The Stamped team has been very helpful in migrating over from a different reviews platform. We've only just installed it so I'll need to report back once we have some experience with the reviews and loyalty & rewards program. But so far, so good. I'm sure it will be a successful partnership with their incredibly accommodating team.

Postscript is such a well-thought out SMS platform! It's super simple to use and out of all of the SMS apps I considered, Postscript is the best. We've been able to generate many more sales with our automated flows and campaigns. And to top it off, their support team is ON IT and super friendly. Reamaze has become an integral part of running our e-commerce business! It has made managing our customer service and social media responses so much more efficient and we can't imagine helping our customers without it. The most helpful feature for us is having all of the customer's information (order #, tracking number, past correspondences, etc.) on the same window as the email so that we can quickly and effectively help our customers without having to go to other websites to gather that information. Reamaze is also very cost effective compared to other similar platforms. It might not have the prettiest design but functionally it can hang with the top platforms. 5 stars, hands down!

WOW! I was shocked by how effective push notifications were from the first day. I personally don't like seeing push notifications on a website but you can't deny the stats. They work and PushOwl makes it effortless to install. Thank you so much!
