Excellent Service and product！ Good customer service agents with great patience！ Fantastic user experience, will keep using it
The customer service was excellent and the plugin was easy to use. I highly recommend this plugin to anyone looking to increase sales and engagement on their website. Thank you for providing such a great product and service! In addition, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the ONE Upsell team. They were incredibly helpful in setting up the spinning wheel feature and promptly addressed any questions or issues I had along the way. Their support was top-notch and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of their dedication to their customers. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this plugin and the excellent service that comes with it.
DO NOT USE!!! Want to downgrade my subscription, never got a reply within 7 days!!! So I requested to cancel my subscription, but never got a reply again. It seems they block the words unsubscription or cancel in their database, so they will charge us forever!! Very disappointed!!!!
I have already installed the countdown function, and the customer service staff helped me a lot during the installation process. In addition, the plug-in function is really powerful, and I will continue to study the included functions.
This is a great plugin! Very suitable for my website, their communication is very timely! Looking forward to the next cooperation!
