So far, the experience has been excellent. The team moved us from our previous app and supported the customizations we requested. They respond quickly to every inquiry, and each representative I spoke with showed strong expertise. I expected migration to be challenging, but the Appstle team is managing it well. Furthermore, the app includes every feature and adjustment we could envision. I look forward to using it to expand our subscription business.

Awesome so far! The app is packed with functionality, but easy to understand. Onboarding is very easy, and the chat support is super responsive and knowledgable. Great start!
Stuck Paying for a Product We Can’t Use We’ve been with Inventory Planner since before Sage acquired them—back when the platform was lean, reliable, and backed by great customer support. After the acquisition, our subscription cost was increased threefold. In early 2025, after renewing our annual subscription, we transitioned to a 3PL that Inventory Planner had no integration with. Despite reaching out promptly to explain the situation and explore solutions, support offered nothing viable. As a result, we could no longer use the software. We requested a refund for the remainder of the contract, but they refused. We’re now stuck having paid for eight months of a product we can’t use. Support acknowledged the issue but hid behind policy instead of making any good-faith effort to help. If your business values fairness, transparency, and customer service, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

When your team transitioned to a non-native connection, our support team outlined several options, including a referral to a trusted partner who builds custom integrations and our Early Access ACSV feature. ACSV (Advanced CSV) allows you to connect Inventory Planner to virtually any tech stack, even if we don’t have a native integration—by syncing your data through a flexible, customizable file format. Although your business was not interested in these suggested solutions, we believe ACSV continues to present a promising option moving ahead. We do our best to be transparent about what’s possible and what’s covered under our terms—and while we weren’t able to offer a refund, we’re still here to support you in making the most of your subscription. Just started using BeProfit and truly loving it so far. I've been looking for an app to tie together my 5 sales channels into one analytics dashboard for years. I could never find one solution that would accommodate all of them until now. It looks as good as the Shopify Dashboard and it's super fast. Best of all, the onboarding team has been stellar. Raphael was great, answered every question, and helped me correctly configure my account. Looking forward to digging into my data!

The app is really simple and straight forward with a great interface and just the functionality I was looking for. The implementation style wasn’t quite there, but the support team was very responsive and was able to make customizations that I requested within a day. So far it’s great!

Easy to use, but slow to load on our site. Not sure if it's just because it's external, or due to the transitions, but we've had a few customers that complain there is no form on the page.

This is a super easy app to allow you to switch on carbon offsets. I wanted to contribute to something like this for years, but could never find an easy solution. Love that you can switch between customer contributions, or making them on our own. Also has a useful dashboard and support is great!
Great app, lots of configuration options and easy to follow! Support is super responsive. And, many fewer support tickets now that customers validate their own address, love it!!!!
This is not only the best reviews app I have used, but the best Shopify app I've tried in my 10 yrs on Shopify! I used Yotpo previously, but got tired of paying out the nose. Judge.me has at least 95% of the functionality of Yotpo, and seems substantially faster. Easy migration and awesome support. I can't say enough about this app. I wish this company made more apps!!!
