Our experience with Kivaro has been amazing. We have some specific requirements around checkout rules, and the team have incorporated these for us very quickly. The support is very prompt and fixes are put into place with minimal delay. The integration with Australia Post is much quicker and smoother than the previous app we were using. Very happy with this app.

Van was very helpful with tailoring the display to our requirements.

Nareh was very helpful checking that I had set my first campaign up correctly, and made some small design tweaks to match my theme. Awesome support.

There's no ability to sort the products whatsoever, makes using the app incredibly difficult. I can't cross reference against my product list to ensure all products have been audited, which is a major fail. In fact, when I look in the app, there are only 66 products showing - yet I have 89 active products. I have no easy way of seeing which products aren't showing in the app (- and why aren't they showing anyway?)

Highly recommend Automatic Backups by Talon - well priced back up app that earned it's keep yesterday when I accidentally deleted several high traffic blog posts. Customer service was excellent too, as I'd deleted the blog they were under, so Michael put a patch in place for me to very quickly to restore the posts. Great value and great customer service.

I have used the app to set up feeds for Google and Facebook. It is quite straightforward to use, but the queries I had were dealt with promptly by Sohil, who explained everything very clearly. There are also helpful videos to watch.

Very responsive customer support team - issue was resolved quickly - app works well thank you - shame Shopify needs 100 characters!!

Very happy with the free version of this app, used to compress images and worked perfectly..........

So easy to use - wish I had installed this when I set my store up instead of Mailchimp. Great free app.
