Robust features. Automated the review request & reward process. Support is sincere in helping with issues. App also showing progress with better integrations.

Simple to use. Gives us access to features that are not easily accessible in Shopify (ie. sitemap and noindex).

Recharge definitely does what it's supposed to do, and does it well.And we like the fact that they've been adding advanced features to help us scale our business. That said, Recharge does get quite buggy at times. Getting support to follow up can get challenging, especially when it requires developer's assistance. This is something that we really hope Recharge can improve on.

NoFraud is excellent at precisely identifying and rejecting the fraudulent orders. On top of that, staff members reply to enquiries very promptly. Shoutout to Shoshanah, who takes initiative to fix loopholes and being very resourceful when liaising with other app providers. Most importantly, the app has greatly reduced our chargeback rates.
