The pricing listed on the Shopify App store is misleading. This may be a great app, but I will never know because the tier that seemed appropriate for my business appears to be the $49/mo tier on the app store, but the subscription tier inside the app that I would need costs $449/mo. What's more, the pricing thresholds use different metrics. Here it lists $49 for 5,000 monthly orders, within the app it is $449 for 2500 'tokens', which I'm unclear on the meaning of 'token' but I believe it means 2500 loyalty program transactions (earnings and redemptions).

Great app that combined a lot of other app costs together, fast and responsive support. I highly recommend!

The support team at Smart Product Filter & Search is fantastic and has helped me troubleshoot issues that fall outside of their app (after mistakenly thinking the app was causing them. Great value

So far this app has been great. The flexibility and the wide range of available filters are extremely useful, and being able to schedule a report to save to a google sheet is something I didn't know i needed until now. Pulling reports sometimes takes a few minutes, especially if the report is searching a larger pool, but chat support helped me alter my filters to cut that time down significantly.

App was easy to set up. I did reach out to support to customize the look of the confirmation box (colors were not in line with our branding) and they were able to fix it promptly. Looking forward to upgrading to the paid version and getting automatic notifications enabled!
