I use this app for very long time , now i have downloaded it for my second website. the app is great, but the support that they give is very high level. he is always answer , within minutes. willing to help. It is more than just support, sometimes customization. Things that are not taken for granted at all. Never seen such a great service. high value for the money. Highly recommended!!!

I've been using this app for a while now and am very happy with both the app and the support. Assortion has replaced so many different apps for me, and seems to just continue to do so! My favorite has always been the cart drawer and free shipping bar. I like the flexibility to create my own upsell combinations or rely on their ai to come up with one when I don't have something specific in mind. I've recently started experimenting with bundles, and when I reached out to ask about implementation, they went above and beyond to help me figure out the best solution for the end result I wanted. They always respond quickly to customer messages and are extremely knowledgeable about the way Shopify connects with their app. Absolutely worth the money!

Managing 19 Shopify Plus stores over the last 7 years, I’ve tested more apps than I can count - and Assortion genuinely stands out. The feature set you get for the price is exceptional; there’s simply no other app on the Shopify App Store offering this level of functionality for this kind of money. We did encounter a few bugs along the way, and while not every issue was solved immediately, every issue was solved - and that matters far more. The support, especially from Yusuf, has been consistently reliable. He always tries to help, stays patient, and makes sure things get resolved. Overall, I’m giving Assortion 5 stars not only for what it already delivers, but for the value it will continue to bring. If you’re looking for a powerful, flexible solution with great support, I highly recommend giving it a try.

We moved over from Rebuy as this is very well priced for the features and functionality. We have had a few little issues with our theme through implementation but support has been responsive and we've got a great result. They've even built new functionality for us very quickly. Highly recommend
This app is a necessity for any store which has complimentary products, making it quick and easy for customers to add accessories or upsells to their purchase. It will absolutely increase your AOV! - The developers are always quick to respond as well with any issues and take advice for future updates. 10/10 the best upsell app we have found.

The biggest strength of Assortion is hands down their customer service. They go above and beyond—always available, incredibly helpful, and quick to guide you through any situation to ensure a successful outcome. It feels like having a dedicated partner who genuinely cares about your business. The app itself works very well once you get the hang of it. The UI is fairly straightforward and intuitive once you understand the flow, and the features make upselling and bundling seamless. Overall, it’s a powerful tool backed by a truly outstanding support team. Highly recommended!
Easy app to use for cross sells, and reasonably priced! It took no time to setup and is compatible with all the various themes we are using. Also, anytime I'm having an issue, Yusuf is quick to answer to offer support and even ideas on how to make the most of the app features. I strongly recommend. UPDATE: Adjusting from 5 to 3 stars While the app is easy to use and well-priced, with quick setup and great theme compatibility, we've encountered several recurring issues over time. Analytics can be unreliable, some core features occasionally stop working and need to be reported to support, and we’ve had problems with the post-purchase widget displaying out-of-stock items. There have also been periods where the app has gone down for a few hours. To their credit, the support team is responsive and takes feedback seriously, often resolving issues quickly. However, the frequency of these problems has made it less dependable than we initially experienced. If the reliability improves, it could easily return to a 5-star product. For now, it’s functional with good support but expect to monitor it closely.
The Assortion app is fantastic with smooth functionality. I’ve easily applied multiple discount offers for my customers without any hassle. Plus, their customer service is excellent and quick to resolve any issues. Special thanks to Yusuf U for resolving the issue promptly.

By FAR the BEST add-on / Frequently bought together / Free Gift / Cart app out there - hands down - I tried them all. This is the only one that worked. Yusuf, the help rep was able to find a couple minor conflicts with other apps - and resolved everything - they went above and beyond in their support and the app is brilliant - Stop looking - this is the one.

Der er gode muligheder for at lave add-on, købt sammen med osv. Kunderservice er meget hurtig til at hjælpe med design hvis ikke default er det man ønsker. Kunne dog godt ønske at hele pakken ikke var så dyr.

I was charged $20 for a “1 usage fee” even though I uninstalled the app within the trial period. I contacted customer service through live chat to request a refund, and the representative said he would ask the billing department to process it. However, one month later, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t understand how this app has a 4.8/5 rating with such poor business practices.

We have been using this cross-sell app for months. It's incredibly easy to use and seamlessly integrates additional product offerings. This is by far the upsell app on Shopify, it can do all things. It can also be used for markets if you are selling in more countries. You can customize almost everything, and the support is active all hours of the day. This is by far the best app we have ever tried on this platform.
Fantastic tech support for integration. We had some problems with the integration to our Shopify site, so I reached out to their support. In no time, an agent responded and helped me solve all the problems in a blink of an eye. Absolutely the best tech support experience. Looking forward to seeing the results from the bundles!

The app is our swiss army knife for everything related to cart & upselling. It replaces so many other apps and saves us a ton of money. At the same time, I've never experienced a support like this - truly helpful and they even help you setting up and customizing. Great app, many options to make products more interesting and to use for upselling. The layout fits perfectly on the product pages. Customer service is accurate and fast with their help.
I've tested over 10 upsell apps for our store and this is the only one that can successfully add an upsell for multiple products, the design is great in comparison to others, super customisable and the customer service team is 10/10. Been using for almost a year highly recommend!
