Works well and pretty simple to set up once you understand how the app works. I definitely suggest reading the getting started section, plus the documentation and faqs on their website before getting started. Needed to contact support once and received a reply within a reasonable time with exactly what I needed. Recommended.

Nicely designed and well thought out app. Very intuitive to set up and customize. I like that I can use it after both add to cart and checkout button click. Fast and very helpful support provided by both Chris and Robert. Two thumbs up.

There really needs to be a paid version somewhere between the free plan and the $50 plan. We are otherwise quite pleased with Smile. It is a very intuitive rewards program that is simple for both the store owner and customer to use. The free plan has many limitations but is sufficient for our needs currently. Don't know when we will grow large enough to justify the expense of moving to the paid plan. We would gladly pay $25 per month for a paid version with a lower number of members than the $50 plan. Easily a 5-star app if this were the case.

Very useful app for a business such as mine. Simple to customize the popups to match your theme. Excellent support from Sergey who is exceptionally responsive to requests and very open to suggestions for enhancements to the app.
