I have been using Parcelify for years now! There team is the best when it comes to needing extra support!

Super simple and straight forward product that does what it says and does it well. Support is beyond top notch, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue they could have easily pushed off, instead they dove in head first to fix it. Member for life!

Shopify has introduced the new district address field for Peru. Parcelify currently only allows filtering by City. Are there any plans to support the new District field in shipping rules?

I have been using Parcelify for many years and have multiple Shopify stores that use it. Every time I have a question, I get a thorough answer explaining exactly what to do. Just had a question today, and within minutes, a detailed explanation with screenshots was provided. Kudos to the Parcelify team for not only great support but also an excellent product that handles so many different and complex shipping scenarios. As you can see, I highly recommend giving them a try.

When looking at a shipping app, we looked at a few, but opted for Parcelify as it was flexible enough to work with our needs and also gives us options for future growth. We did have a couple of issues, one was activating CCS on Shopify, the other related to migrating from a Dev store to live. I have to say, the support from the team at Parcelify was excellent, and helped get both issues sorted really quickly and importantly painlessly. Well Done guys, great product, fantastic support.

I was looking for a shipping rule solution, as my customers were often getting charged for 2 lots of shipping if buying a certain item along with something else, which I wasnt comfortable with. I had a few issues setting this up, as I have quite complex shipping rules, and also zero ability when it comes to anything to do with computers. I was getting stressed out as I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong. I eventually messaged the support and instantly wished I would have done it much sooner. Alex was great, put me at ease, reassuring me that my shipping rules would be sorted. Just like magic, in no time at all, Alex replied confirming that my rules had been set up, and asked me to check and confirm. Everything worked as expected, and I cannot thank Alex enough. I've now had Parcelify running for a while, and its great. Its makes my life so much easier, allowing me more options for shipping rules than the standard options on Shopify. Thank you team.

A wonderful app which really helps for stores like ours where shipping can get complex! Super helpful with great functionality and customer support is excellent - Alex helped me install the app and answered my queries and questions quickly and in detail, while being super friendly and welcoming 10/10 stars!

I cannot recommend Parcelify enough. Setting up a store with highly specific shipping needs and a large catalog is a daunting task, but this app handles it flawlessly. It is incredibly extensive and manages my complicated shipping rates across different countries with ease. What truly sets them apart, however, is the customer service. The support I’ve received while setting up our store has been absolutely spectacular. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If your business has complex shipping requirements, this is easily one of the most essential tools you can have in your Shopify stack.

OMG. So hard to use. First step is to set my shipping location. But there is NO button for the shipping location. Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Our support team is trying to connect with you to help you sort through this confusion. You're right, our documentation does say the first step is adding a location. For shops like yours, which do not have Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) this step isn't necessary. All shipping rates are connected to your default location. We'll get our documentation fixed. The biggest advantage is that it doesn’t require Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS), which makes it super easy to use even on Basic Shopify plans. Setting up shipping rates is really flexible, especially for the UK, with detailed Postcode Area and Outward Code lists for UK mainland, saving us a ton of time gathering all the info ourselves. The support team is also very professional and helped us solve any issues. The only improvement we’d love to see is a live chat support option, so we could get help more directly and in real-time instead of relying on emails.

I’ve only just started using Parcelify and would usually prefer to use a product for longer before leaving a review, but the level of service alone deserves five stars. Alex and the Parcelify team have been instrumental in finally allowing me to launch my website. I sell fragile vintage furniture and work with multiple couriers operating along specific routes throughout NSW, QLD, VIC and other major cities. Previously, I was providing individual shipping quotes for every order. I opted for the White Glove setup service, and there is no way I could have implemented this system on my own. There were easily 60+ emails back and forth while troubleshooting and refining the setup. Alex helped me develop a workable shipping structure where pricing is calculated based on both weight and postcode. I also sell homewares with flat rate Aust wide. Throughout the process, he was patient, professional and incredibly generous with his time—even when I upgraded my Shopify plan and moved from universal shipping to CCS mid-setup. Everything is working smoothly so far. I would highly recommend Parcelify to anyone who needs highly customised shipping rules. If more than five stars were possible, I’d give them.

2025 update: Parcelify have introduced some new options when offering rates, again I had a few teething issues between the Shopify shipping interface, and Parcelify, but Alex was there to solve everything and get us up and running nice and quickly! Still super happy with this app!! We've been with Parcelify for nearly six years now and recently made the move from their Legacy version to the 2.0 version. We have some complex rate set ups that tool a bit for me to get my head around in the new version but Alex from Parcelify was there every step of the way assisting me and ensuring that everything was set up correctly before we went live with the new rates. It was a seamless changeover and Alex is an absolute credit to the team at Parcelify. If I could give them 10 stars for the service and support received, I would!

We've been using Parcelify for years since we have a much more complex set of conditions for different shipping scenarios than Shopify accounts for out of the box. It works wonderfully. The support team is also quick, knowledgeable, polite and effective. Full marks! Love it.

Since we moved our platform to Shopify, our biggest pain point has been the way they handle stacking of shipping charges for multiple vendors or ship points. Having talked to multiple developers, Shopify Customer Service and other Shopify customers we were starting to worry this was going to be an unsolvable problem at the moment. I contacted Parcelify, and Alex replied that they had a workaround that they believed would work. He proceeded to send extremely detailed instructions on setting up our shipping profiles to get it to work with their app, and in less than 30 min, our problem was solved! Enormous relief! Thank you so much for helping a growing small business out! Works like a charm!

Parcelify allows per-item-based as well as price-based shipping. We use it to specify postal code regions for different product tags. The support by Alex was also excellent.

Been using Parcelify for over 5 years and Parcelify has met my needs for providing shipping rates on my store. I sell a lot of different small items and figuring out shipping based on what is ordered is pretty challenging but I am able to give proper rates with Parcelify. I also recently reached out to customer service for help on how to add a specific filter and someone replied with a solution very quickly. Thank you! If you have very specific needs for calculating shipping rates then this app is very helpful.

This application is essential in any store that has multiple product categories. Without it it would be almost impossible to control the rates of the deliveries of our products. Is has some complexity, but the customer service is helpful and responds pretty fast. It's highly recommended.

Great product works super well! We love it, and it helps keep compliance aligned. I will say a little complicated to set up but they are quick to respond and have set up or helped set up more of our shipping zones. This app is great

Easy to configure, and reliable.

We've been using Parcelify for a few weeks and have been very impressed. We have several unique shipping issues, all of which were solved very easily using Parcelify. The user interface is very intuitive and we were able to migrate shipping profiles to Parcelify with only about an hour of setup time. We submitted two questions to the Parcelify team during setup, both of which were answered thoroughly and promptly. We highly recommend Parcelify!

I've been using Parcelify for over a year now and it's really helped simplify my shipping options when I have a wide variety of products that require different box sizes. I did encounter customers reporting a shipping error at checkout, and reached out to support about the issue. Alex helped troubleshoot and discovered where the problem was - my own mistake when assigning the profiles - and explained how to fix it and prevent the issue in the future. Very responsive, clear to understand, and overall a wonderful support experience. I would definitely recommend this app.

I am rating the Parcelify app 5/5 stars because we have been using it across 3 stores for many years now with no issues. The new version required some getting used to, but we are already seeing the benefits of the new format. It's a solid app, give it a try to see if it meets your needs and continue using without fear that it will 'disappear' in a year or two like others. I am rating the support team (namely Alex M.) 5/5 stars because of: Responsiveness (multiple email exchanges within an hour of submitting ticket) Professionalism (friendly tone, well written messages, clear and concise, never minimizing my problem or passing the buck to Shopify support) Familiarity (problem identified within two email exchanges, temporary fix put into place immediately) Solutions (instructions on long term fix delivered within two hours of ticket submission)

App seems to be working perfectly. We have had no end of problems with customers using our free UK shipping option despite not being located in the mainland UK. But thanks to this app we have been able to exclude these areas and we have been able to offer a discount for orders over a certain amount, which previously we could only do for mainland UK orders. Customer support is also excellent, most replies were within a few hours, sometimes even quicker. Our personal experience was with Patrick who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Simple to use and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The team is always fast to respond and very helpful to solve problems.

We have a business that uses 3 different couriers with 3 different rates for each courier. Parcelify has completely streamlined how we are able to charge shipping and will save our team hours a week on manual work to modify orders. Alex was very responsive with support to help us get everything set up how we need. I can't recommend this enough for anyone looking to streamline shipping headaches with Shopify!

We use Parcelify to help us create multiple shipping prices for different charges within the UK that are difficult to account for within the standard Shopify shipping rates (Scottish Highlands/ Isle of Wight etc). It has also been really helpful in setting up carriage discounts based on spend and helping us to charge a delivery surcharge on some of our larger items that we get charged an extra surcharge from our couriers. The initial set up was a little tricky (because of what we were trying to do with a number of exclusions) but the help team are always on hand with helpful explanations of why what we wanted to do hadn't quite worked and point us in the right direction

I am beyond impressed with this app's custom shipping rates feature. It has made managing my Shopify store's shipping so much easier and more efficient. We've been using Parcelify to help us with our shipping rates since we started using Shopify back in 2015. It's easy to set up special rates. Though I do wish I could set one up that overrides another when it's called for but so far that's not a setting. 2015! Thank you so much for your loyalty and your kind words. It means a lot to us. Many merchants like yourself have asked for ways to have shipping rates override one another, often wanting to select the more expensive or least expensive option. We've got it on our roadmap for later this year, keep an eye on your inbox!

I only review apps after i've been using them for a while as I beleive it gives a more accurate picture and I've been using this app for a number of years now and have only good things to say. Yes it can be a little complex to understand how to create rules but once you get your head around the logic its not to difficult & its a very powerful app. Most recently we have set this up to charge different shipping rates to our customers in New Zealand who live in Rural delivery areas via a postcode rule. We emailed Parcelify to find out if what we wanted to acheive was possible with a formula and they came back to us quickly with a simple formula to create a rule that works perfectly. In summary the app is reliable, powerful, affordable and the support is top notch. AAA+++ for Parcelify.

Parcelify's support team is amazing! We tried reaching out as we were in the process of a site overhaul. Alex, from Parcelify, then introduced us to version 2.0. I usually never leave reviews but Parcelify support is excellent and we feel they really care about their customers. They are always helping with setup, offering improvement suggestions, workarounds if needed.

App more and more intermittent. We are loosing carts and Support online doesn´t exist. (Easy to install? yes. Simple to use? Yes., Trustworthy? No. Is not first time with this issue.)

Parcelify lets me provide awesome shipping options for my customers. I can offer free shipping depending on products & destination country, as well as many other conditions. Additionally, I had an issue with something and their support was super helpful with helping me solve my issue.

Exceptional app. Super stable, and deceptively powerful. We have free local delivery set up along with specific shipping rates for different areas in the UK. I really can't fault this app at all. We've been using it for well over year now and if you're looking for something to sort out your shipping, you need this. It's really good value too. I haven't used the support, so can't comment on that but that says something in itself. Sure, you need to put in an hour or so to figure it out - but it's pretty simple once you get used to it. You also need to be on a Shopify plan that supports carrier rates but if you pay for a basic plan annually, they'll activate it for you if you contact Shopify support. Update - after years of faithful service from this app, today we had an issue. Support was helpful and the issue got fixed (in fact it was nothing to do with the app, something changed on the Shopify end). I always think you can't really rate an app until something goes wrong and you get to see how it gets fixed. Suffice to say, I'm sure I'll be using this app for years to come. We installed this app a couple of months ago and it has been incredible! It's easy to use, accurate, and the assistance/guidance during set-up was amazing (thank you, Alex!). I've used this App for multiple Client stores. Gives you more fine control to get Bespoke shipping. I use specifically the Third Party Carrier Calculated Rates. There is normally a bit of configuring you'll need to do with Shopify and the Parcelify team. They are both always very helpful and have awesome support!

By far the best shipping rates application out there. We have very complex restrictions on what products can be sold in what territories due to a vast majority of our products being produced under license from companies such as Disney. With Parcelify we have been able to set rules based on tags to achieve exactly what we needed. Another benefit of Parcelify is that when an issue does (rarely) occur, then the response is really fast and the issue is quickly resolved. I've been speaking directly with Richard, one of the co-founders, and he was extremely helpful with working out what went wrong and is very open to feedback on how things can be improved. The only thing that would take this app to the next level would to be able to make changes in bulk to the shipping rates, as at the moment we would have to go manually through all of them and due to us having rates for every individual country this is a lot of work. But I know Parcelify are planning to bring out a lot of features in the future so the app is just going to get better and better!

Is the only option available to create rules based on distance without using zipcodes. Support is very good also.

Works perfectly for our needs. We needed to offer free shipping, but exclude a certain subset of products, and Parcelify did the trick. Easy to setup and configure!

You can create really powerful shipping rules with Parcelify, and the support team are super helpful and quick to respond - even helping troubleshoot errors in any rules we have set up!

Our site uses a large variety of shipping methods. Of which all get affected by whether or not the item is or is not in stock. The Parcelify App so far seems to be doing a great job of making the shipping side of our site a better experience for our customers, as well as making our lives much easier to manage it. But most of all I have to say a big thank you to Aaron who did a fantastic job of getting us going. Top class customer service!

We've been using Parcelify for a while now and VERY happy with the product and support. We have very complex shipping rules based on product location, product tags, customer location, weight of cart, value of cart, etc and Parcelify is able to meet our needs. Update 4/28: We had a strange bug/issue that we raised to the team. They were amazing communicators and quickly solved the issue and got us back online. Highly recommended!!
