This app is more powerful than Later and tailwind! Once set up, you can let the app do the work for you! The only things missing are hashtag research and analytics. These Later have, and I wish that they are implemented here as well. I also request an intelligent posting time for Facebook and Instagram based on peak times to post.

Art of Where provides great products but their Shopify integration can be improved. It lacks the API access to provide a Shopify store that has automatic shipping rates if you purchase a one-year or more Shopify plan subscription. I benefit from this feature when I add items from other vendors, such as Printful, Printify and Pixels. It is great to see my rates automaticity be calculated when a customer adds to the cart, without me looking up a rate table and manually adding the rates for each item. I have better things to do. Art of Where also lacks a more robust thumbnail and mockup library. They really need to look at the competition and see what is offered. Shopify offers 3D AR thumbnail viewing and the crazy thing is that Art of Where offers this technology within their app but when posting to the Shopify store you are unable to send the 3D file to your shop so your customers can enjoy viewing the product in 3D. This would be a first from a vendor and it is a shame that Art of Where does not see this. Instead, you can only rotate and download screenshots of the 3D file from within the Art of Where product builder. At glenloates.com, we would really benefit from this. Especially with our silk scarf line from Art of Where.

Sammy and Dave have been amazing! They really put together the perfect app. They provide not only technical know-how but also a level of customer satisfaction that's above and beyond. All this while offering a unique discount app that can't be found anywhere else on the Shopify app store. The concept seems like it should have been implemented on day one. I was using Gooten when I first started. I decided to remove them from my store because it was getting too costly troublesome whenever I was dealing with shipping and setting up the back-end rates. Advanced Shipping Rules helped, but I was cornered into paying a real premium for something that comes with Shopify already. Printful and other suppliers have their API connected to Shopify, so the shipping already gets calculated when customers place the orders. Simple! And that is how Gooten should work. Until they get with the times, I will be using other suppliers. UPDATE: After one year since Shopify updated its backend to allow automated rates, Gooten still has not taken advantage of this feature. If I choose to use them, I will have to spend upwards of $60 per month to use Advanced Shipping Rules.

I recently moved from YOTPO to Judge.me. These guys are far superior! You get way more bang for your buck without the ridiculous tiered pricing that YOTPO has, not to mention the vast library of integration between Judge.me and other apps. In YOTPO, you have to signup for Custom Pricing to integrate with Klaviyo. I found out that that pricing starts at around $5000! Judge.me integrate without issue and no price gouging either. Searchanise has been a game-changer! The app is very intuitive and allowed me to incorporate custom meta tags from a provider that has image analysis AI that would then tag the images based on what is visible to the customer. My only wish is that the Searchanise team change the "Color" option to "Look" and then incorporate more controls, such as fonts, weight and style. Michael Loates www.glenloates.com
