I was rather puzzled by the fact that the application automatically translate the site. Of course Weglot bives you the possibility to manually review the automatic translations and thus the problem does not exist. I chose it because compared to other applications that I tested Weglot was capable of fully translating the site, not only checkout and notifications (I highly customized the theme and other applications couldn't translate all the content like Weglot). The only limitation of this app is that it can not translate the content generated dynamically after the page has loaded (but the Support team told me that they are working on it). In addition to the its power, it's amazing his intuitiveness of use: you can use its visual editor that lets you select the site content to be translated and the translation is performed by the website interface. A total new way to translate than the classic stream by which you send the text to the translator and then the translator sends you the translations and you have to load them: you do everything in a single step. Finally, a big thank you for the support and precisely to James. We've really flooded the support with many, many emails and James has always responded quickly, with great skill and ... patience. James helped us to fix all the issues that inevitably arises when you build an ecommerce from scratch.

I think that this app deserves more than 5 stars. For 2 reasons 1. The most important that is absolutely perfect for the need of a small e-commerce that doesn't need all the more advanced features that Zendesk Help Center for example can give; while doing this, it gives you a proxy url that allows you to seamless integrate in your store, and this is a key feature; plus, it has all the essential features that you really need and at the same time a very easy way to manage and customize them; everything is so easy to setup... 2. It's almost incredible, but it's free. If I think that there apps that don't offer almost nothing and ask for your money... you find this great piece of code, and it's for free! Really, really recommended. Thanks a lot Lukas from Help Center! UPDATE April 6, 2017 Unfortunately I have to lower the rating from 5 to 3 stars. I confirm the validity of the app but there have been two serious problems. 1. The verification code CAPTCHA suddenly stopped working. Software problems are common and occur and I can consider this acceptable even though clearly a program with 5 stars should not have these problems 2. What is really serious is that I have 4 well written email to the support by explaining clearly and repeatedly that the site can not be launched because of the problem of the app (customers can not write a message to customer service because the verification code CAPTCHA it works). The support responded to the first e-mail then completely ignored subsequent email (one per day, not 4 on the same day). The application is free ... but not for this should not work and the support should not respond to urgent requests.

This app is awesome and its category I think it's one of the best: best design, best options to customize that, best functionalities. Also the support is great and Louis is always quick and willing to help when you submit him a request. I gave only 4 stars instead 5 because we had several problems implementing the app, and we had to work them out several times before fixing them. But when you launch a new brand ecommerce that is pretty sophisticated compared to your previous one, I find normal to face these kind of issues. So, I would reccomend this app and Luois is a skilled and nice guy.

The name of this app is really right. In a single app, and in one place you can find all the most important and advanced functions to handle the promotions on the site. The application has very sophisticated features, but it has the great advantage of being very simple and iuser friendly. I'm still practicing with it, but I think this could be the killer app that solves the problem with using coupons eliminating the friction in the use of them by the visitor and increasing therefore the sales volume. I have to give a big thank to all the guys of the development team: I was fortunate to have been inserted as beta tester in the launch of the app, and developers are implementing with great precision all my requirements. I could not really ask for more. I think this is really the definitive app for promotions.

For a small e-commerce like mine (400 products) this is a really must-have app. The option to hand-picked every single related product instead using automatic rules for this size of e-commerce in my opinion gives allows the maximum customization and it's compatible with the number of products (no way to work with thousands and thousands of products). It was exactly what I was looking for, and I found it. The documentation is very clear and useful (much more impressive that the presentation here). Plus, the app allows to show hand-picked products also to the cart page, and this important feature it's not described here. The great "plus" is Stuart: we worked together on Sunday, yes, Sunday, and he kept on working until all my requests (that weren't so common) were satisfied! Definitely one of the best support I received, thanks Stuart!

I couldn't have survived without this app! Because the e-commerce I'm setting up is located in EU and it sells to worldwide consumers, I needed to display for EU consumers prices VAT included and for not EU consumers without VAT. Shopify offers to show a double price with and without VAT https://docs.shopify.com/themes/customization/products/show-vat-prices, but honestly I didn't like this solution. These guys installed the app, customized it for my special need and immediately fixed a couple of problems after the customization. For free! A must-have app for international e-commerce addressed to EU and not EU market.
